December 10th, 2013 – Stone Senate, the band led by Clint Woolsey, son of the legendary manager Erv Woolsey (George Straight, Lee Ann Womack, Lee Brice) will release its new EP “Hard To Stay Warm” today November 10th via INgrooves/Midtown Heeler Records.
Recorded in Nashville, the EP consists of 7 tracks that are influenced by a variety of musical back grounds from country to funk.
Stone Senate is a five-piece contemporary southern rock band hailing from Nashville, TN. The band’s sound has often been compared to such classic act’s as The Allman Brothers, Lynyrd Skynyrd and the Eagles with a with heavier twist. The band is comprised of vocalist Clint Woolsey, guitarists Marcus Brown and Mike Thompson, bassist Paul Zettler, and drummer David Zettler.

The band has been going non stop since it’s formation. Their first full-length album was released in 2012. Following the release of the new EP, the band plans on releasing a live dvd and a new full length early 2014.
Earlier this year, the band was signed by manager Kevin Lee at Union Entertainment Group, Inc. and agent Andrew Goodfriend at TKO.
Stone Senate is headlining a St Jude’s benefit Christmas show in Nashville on Dec 20th at The End.
